Sarabia, a Madrid native, played football for Escuela de Ftbol Madrid Oeste de Boadilla del Monte up until 2004 when he was signed by Real Madrid at the age of 12. He played for numerous of its younger teams before making his Segunda División B debut on January 3, 2010, against Alcorcón. Two weeks later, in a 5-2 home victory over Racing de Santander B, he scored his first goal for Real Madrid Castilla.
